REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA LAW ON THE RATIFICATION OF THE AMENDMENTS OF THE ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND 14 May 2009 No XI-263 Vilnius Article 1. Ratification of the Amendments of the Articles of Agreement of the International Monetary Fund Invoking subparagraph 16 of Article 67 and subparagraph 5 of paragraph 1 of Article 138 of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania and having regard to Decree No 1K-1791 of the President of the Republic of 17 April 2009, the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania shall ratify the Amendment of the Articles of Agreement of the International Monetary Fund to Enhance Voice and Participation in the International Monetary Fund and the Amendment of the Articles of Agreement of the International Monetary Fund to Expand the Investment Authority of the International Monetary Fund approved by the Board of Governors of the International Monetary Fund on 28 April 2008 and 5 May 2008 respectively.
