FINAL DOCUMENT FINAL DOCUMENT The Baltic Assembly, having convened on November 26 to 28, 1998, in Tallinn for its 13th Session, having discussed the role of the Baltic states, their security and energy problems in the united Europe, adopted the following documents: – Declaration on Enlargement of NATO – Declaration on Concurrent Resolution 320 of the United States 105th Congress 2d Session – Resolution on Ensuring Security at Public Events – Resolution on Excise Tax and on Trade in Alcohol – Resolution on the Implementation of the Project Via Baltica – Decision on Making Amendments to the Regulations of the Baltic Assembly of the Republic of Estonia, Republic of Latvia and Republic of Lithuania – Decision on Preparing the 1999 Budget of the Baltic Assembly and resolved that the 1999 spring session of the Baltic Assembly will take place in Lithuania.
