BALTIC ASSEMBLY BALTIC ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION On Pensions and Social Benefits The Baltic Assembly, meeting in Jurmala (Kemeri) from May 13—15, 1994, suggests that the Governments of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania resolve, by the signing of bilateral and trilateral government agreements, the issue of pensions and strictly regulated social benefits for persons, who, having formerly resided in the territories of the contracting parties, have obtained the citizenship or a status made equivalent to the citizenship of the respective country and have attained the required length of service.
