GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA official translation GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE AMENDMENT OF THE RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA OF 30 DECEMBER 1998 NO. 1524 “REGARDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EUROPE AGREEMENT ESTABLISHIHG AN ASSOCIATION BETWEEN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES AND THEIR MEMBER STATES, OF THE ONE PART, AND THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA, OF THE OTHER PART” No. 176 19 February 1999 Vilnius Acting in pursuance of the findings of consultative meetings between the representatives of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Commission, the Government of the Republic of Lithuania has r e s o l v e d: 1.To amend the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 30 December 1998 No. 1524 “Regarding the Implementation of the Europe Agreement Establishing an Association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one Part, and the Republic of Lithuania, of the other Part” and in Annex 1 “Rates of Customs Tariffs Applied in Respect of Agricultural Products with the European Union Member State’s Country of Origin Certificates, which are Imported into the Republic of Lithuania “: 1.

1. paragraph: “02.01**meat of bovine animals, fresh, chilled or frozen 30 27 26” 02.02** shall be set out to read as follows: “02.01** meat of bovine animals, frozen 40 37 36”; 02.02**meat of bovine animals, frozen 38 35 34”; 1.
2. paragraph: “02.03**meat of swine, fresh, chilled or frozen 30 27 26” shall be set out to read as follows: “02.03 meat of swine, fresh, chilled or frozen 34 32 31”; 1.
3. paragraph: “04.02** milk and cream, concentrated or containing added sugar or other sweetening matter: 30 20 20” 0402.10.11.0 0402.21.99.0,0402.29.15.0- 0402.99.99.0 shall be set out to read as follows: “04.02** milk and cream, concentrated or containing added sugar or other sweetening matter: 0402.10.11.0- 30 26 26”; 0402.21.99.
4. 0402.29.15.0- 0402.99.99.0 1.
5. paragraph: “04.06 ** cheese and curd 30 2 22” shall be set out to read as follows: “04.06**cheese and curd 30 24 24.”
6. This Resolution shall be applicable from 1 March
