GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA Official translation GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA RESOLUTION REGARDING THE USE OF THE CREDIT GRANTED BY THE CZECH EXPORT BANK TO FINANCE THE INVESTMENT PROGRAMME OF THE PRIMARY HEALTH CARE No 427 15 April 1999 Vilnius In order to speed up the health care reform and taking into consideration the necessity to develop the primary individual health care, as well as pursuant to subparagraph 6 of Article 17, paragraph 1 of Article 18 and subparagraph 1 of paragraph 2 of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Public Procurement (Official Gazette., 1996, No. 84-2000), the Government of the Republic of Lithuania h a s r e s o l v e d: 1.To allow the Ministry of Heath Care to carry out public procurement of services from a single source - receive a credit in the amount of USD 5 million for the financing of the Investment Programme of the Primary Health Care for the year 1999. 2. To instruct the Ministry of Economy to revise, in conjunction with the Ministry of Health Care, the Public Investment Programme for 1999-2001 - to allocate in the year 1999 up to LTL 20 million for the financing of the Investment Programme of the Primary Health Care, without exceeding the total borrowing limit set for the Ministry of Health Care for the year 1999.
