- Partly amending Resolution No 751 “On the Prices of Import Goods for Their Customs Valuation” adopted by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 25 June 1996 (Žin., 1996, No 61-1451; 1997, No 16-349, No 75-1950, No 76-1957, No 85-2137; 1998, No 3-59) : 1.
- to set forth paragraphs 4, 5 and 9.3 of “The Procedure for the Establishment, Application and Adjustment of the Prices of Import Goods for their Customs Valuation” provided for in the said resolution to read as follows: “
- The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, in agreement with the State Competition and Consumer Protection Office under the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (further referred to as the State Competition and Consumer Protection Office), shall establish the prices for the import products of agriculture and foodstuffs indicated in the list approved by the said resolution (further referred to as the list) of the main import goods subject to prices for the control of their customs value.
- The prices of other goods indicated in the list shall be established jointly with the Ministry of National Economy and the State Competition and Consumer Protection Office by the state institutions into whose sphere of economic activities the said goods fall. 9.
