official translation official translation GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA RESOLUTION No 1097 AMENDING GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION NO 152 OF 6 FEBRUARY 1998 ON THE APPROVAL OF THE PROCEDURE FOR THE USE AND ACCOUNTING OF FUNDS OF THE PRIVATISATION FUND 10 September 1998 Vilnius The Government of the Republic of Lithuania hereby h a s r e s o l v e d: to amend the Procedure for the Use and Accounting of the Funds of the Privatisation Fund approved by Government Resolution No 152 of 6 February 1998 On the Approval of the Procedure for the Use and Accounting of the Funds of the Privatisation Fund (Official Gazette No 15-350, No 66-1924, 1998). Paragraph 4 shall be amended to read as follows:

The funds of the Privatisation Fund shall be used in accordance with the estimate approved every six months by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on the proposal of the Ministry of Finance except for the cases when the funds shall be allocated on a repayable basis for the implementation of the programmes approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania pursuant to a separate decision of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.
