DECREE OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA Working document GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA RESOLUTION No 128 ON THE PROTECTION OF SUGAR MARKET 17 February 1997 Vilnius In order to strengthen the protection of sugar market, the Government of the Republic of Lithuania h a s r e s o l v e d:
- To invalidate by Resolution No 268 approved on 24 March 1997 by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (from 1 April 1997) (Official Gazette No 27-645, 1997)
- By introducing partial amendments to the Procedure for the Establishment, Application and Adjustment of the Prices of Import Goods for Their Customs Valuation approved by Resolution No 751 ‘On the Prices of Import Goods for Their Customs Valuation’ of 25 June 1996 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (Official Gazette No 61-1451, 1996), to outline subparagraph 9.3 as follows: “9.
- Prior to the accession of Lithuania to the World Trade Organisation (the completion of the negotiations therewith), the prices of imported oil products and sugar for domestic use which are subject to the duties shall not be lower than the import prices fixed by the State institutions for oil products and sugar.”
- This Resolution shall apply from 1 March
