1. – Adhésion de Cuba. Il résulte d’une notification du Secrétaire Général de l’Organisation des Nations Unies qu’en date du 17 juin 2009 Cuba a adhéré à la Convention désignée ci-dessus, qui est entrée en vigueur à l’égard de cet Etat le 17 juillet
2. Réserve En application du paragraphe 2 de l’article 23, la République de Cuba déclare qu’elle ne se considère pas liée par les dispositions du paragraphe 1 du même article relatives au règlement des différends qui surviennent entre les Etats parties, considérant qu’ils doivent être réglés par la voie de la négociation amiable, et déclare également qu’elle ne reconnaît pas la juridiction obligatoire de la Cour internationale de Justice.
