Par grozījumu publicēšanu un stāšanos spēkā

  5. aprīlī. Saskaņā ar Eiropas Padomes Statūtu
  6. paragrāfa d) punktu, neraugoties uz šā paragrāfa iepriekšējiem punktiem 23.-35.,
  7. un
  8. paragrāfa grozījumi, kurus apstiprinājušas Ministru komiteja un Asambleja, stājas spēkā no dienas, kad ģenerālsekretārs paziņojumā dalībvalstu valdībām apliecina to apstiprināšanu. Eiropas Padomes Statūtu teksts angļu valodā un tā tulkojums latviešu valodā publicēts oficiālajā izdevumā "Latvijas Vēstnesis"

  2. d)punkts paredz to, ka 23.-35., 38. un 39. paragrāfa grozījumi, kurus apstiprinājušas Ministru komiteja un Asambleja, stājas spēkā no dienas, kad ģenerālsekretārs paziņojumā dalībvalstu valdībām apliecina to apstiprināšanu, Ģenerālsekretārs ar šo paziņo: 1. Ministru komiteja, 2022. gada 6. aprīlī pieņemot rezolūciju CM/Res

  1. pārstāvju sanāksmē, apstiprināja Statūtu
  2. paragrāfa grozījumus, kuru teksts ir norādīts turpmāk;
  3. Parlamentārā asambleja ir apstiprinājums šos grozījumus

  1. Pēc apstiprināšanas abās Eiropas padomes institūcijās grozījums stājās spēkā

  3. aprīlī, kas ir šī paziņojuma datums, un šajā pašā dienā tiek nodots dalībvalstu valdībām. Grozītais
