Saeima ir pieņēmusi un Valsts prezidents izsludina šādu likumu: Par Ikgadējo finansu līgumu 2001.gadam starp Latvijas Republiku un Eiropas Komisiju Eiropas Kopienas vārdā 1.pants. 2002.gada 11.februār

1. A sadaļā:— izteikt 3.panta 3.punktu šādā redakcijā:"
2. Lēmumu nodot palīdzības pārvaldīšanu Latvijas Republikas Aģentūrām var pieņemt provizoriski, ar nosacījumu, ka ir nodrošināta 1.punkta pirmajā apakšpunktā minēto nosacījumu un pantu izpilde.";— izteikt 7.panta 2.punktu šādā redakcijā:"
3. Komisija veic Kopienas ieguldījuma iemaksas SAPARD eiro kontā saskaņā ar šī Līguma 2.pantā minēto Ikgadējo finansu līgumu (līgumiem), ar nosacījumu, ka šīs sadaļas 9.pantā minētajās pārbaudēs nav konstatētas nekādas problēmas.";— izteikt 7.panta 4.punkta pirmo teikumu šādā redakcijā:"
4. Komisija automātiski atceļ saistības, ja vien Ikgadējā finansu līgumā nav noteikts savādāk.";— izteikt 14.panta 2.6.punkta atsauci Nr.4 šādā redakcijā:"SEC

formācijai jāatsaucas uz Kopienas līdzfinansējumu un jābūt attiecinātai uz visiem potenciālajiem projektu vadītājiem / izpildītājiem, lai panāktu pēc iespējas plašāku potenciālo vadītāju / izpildītāju loku atlases veikšanai. Pirms šīs shēmas izpildes uzsākšanas tiek sagatavotas standarta pieteikuma formas ar skaidriem norādījumiem par to aizpildīšanu un atbilstības kritērijiem kandidēšanai uz palīdzības saņemšanu. Par

formāciju, tai skaitā par pieteikuma formām saistībā ar Programmu, no potenciālajiem palīdzības saņēmējiem vai palīdzības saņēmējiem netiek prasīta maksa. Šī norma nekādā veidā neierobežo citu valstī noteikto parasto maksu pieprasīšanu.".3. B sadaļā:— izteikt 4.panta 3.(c) punktu šādā redakcijā:"Ar

frastruktūru un cilvēku resursiem nesaistīti izdevumi, kuri atbalsta saņēmējam radušies tajos gadījumos, kad vairāk nekā 25 % kapitāla pieder valsts

stitūcijai vai

stitūcijām.".

1. D sadaļā:— aizstāt izdevumu deklarācijas un maksājuma pieprasījuma formu D-1 ar šī Līguma pielikumā pievienoto formu;— svītrot formu D-3 (finansu identifikācija).
2. pantsLīguma stāšanās spēkāŠis Līgums stājas spēkā datumā, kad abas Līgumslēdzējas puses ir viena otrai paziņojušas par visu tā noslēgšanai nepieciešamo formalitāšu pabeigšanu.
3. pantsParakstīšanaŠis Līgums ir sastādīts divos eksemplāros angļu valodā un latviešu valodā.
