Ministru kabineta noteikumi Nr.949 Rīgā 2005.gada 13.decembrī (prot. Nr.74 36.§) Noteikumi par bīstamo ķīmisko vielu sarakstu Izdoti saskaņā ar Ķīmisko vielu un ķīmisko produktu likuma 10.panta ceturto daļu
- Noteikumi nosaka bīstamo ķīmisko vielu sarakstu (pielikums). 2
- Bīstamo ķīmisko vielu sarakstā ietverti bīstamo ķīmisko vielu un to grupu apraksti, kā arī ieraksti par atsevišķiem ķīmiskajiem produktiem, kuriem Eiropas Savienības dalībvalstis ir vienojušās piemērot vienotu klasifikāciju un marķējumu. 3
- Bīstamo ķīmisko vielu saraksts elektroniski ir pieejams Latvijas Vides, ģeoloģijas un meteoroloģijas aģentūras mājas lapā internetā. 4 Informatīva atsauce uz Eiropas Savienības direktīvām Noteikumos iekļautas tiesību normas, kas izriet no: 1) Komisijas 1991.gada 1.marta Direktīvas 91/325/EEK, kas divpadsmito reizi pielāgo tehnikas attīstībai Padomes Direktīvu 67/548/EEK par normatīvo un administratīvo aktu tuvināšanu attiecībā uz bīstamu vielu klasifikāciju, iepakojumu un marķēšanu; 2) Komisijas 1991.gada 5.marta Direktīvas 91/326/EEK, kas trīspadsmito reizi pielāgo tehnikas attīstībai Padomes Direktīvu 67/548/EEK par normatīvo un administratīvo aktu tuvināšanu attiecībā uz bīstamu vielu klasifikāciju, iepakojumu un marķēšanu; 3)Komisijas 1991.gada 22.jūlija Direktīvas 91/632/EEK, kas piecpadsmito reizi pielāgo tehnikas attīstībai Padomes Direktīvu 67/548/EEK par normatīvo un administratīvo aktu tuvināšanu attiecībā uz bīstamu vielu klasifikāciju, iepakojumu un marķēšanu; 4) Komisijas 1992.gada 30.aprīļa Direktīvas 92/37/EEK, kas sešpadsmito reizi pielāgo tehnikas attīstībai Padomes Direktīvu 67/548/EEK par normatīvo un administratīvo aktu tuvināšanu attiecībā uz bīstamu vielu klasifikāciju, iepakojumu un marķēšanu; 5)Komisijas 1993.gada 1.septembra Direktīvas 93/72/EK, kas deviņpadsmito reizi pielāgo tehnikas attīstībai Padomes Direktīvu 67/548/EEK par normatīvo un administratīvo aktu tuvināšanu attiecībā uz bīstamu vielu klasifikāciju, iepakojumu un marķēšanu; 6)Komisijas 1993.gada 11.novembra Direktīvas 93/101/EK, kas divdesmito reizi pielāgo tehnikas attīstībai Padomes Direktīvu 67/548/EEK par normatīvo un administratīvo aktu tuvināšanu attiecībā uz bīstamu vielu klasifikāciju, iepakojumu un marķēšanu; 7) Komisijas 1994.gada 19.decembra Direktīvas 94/69/EK, kas divdesmit pirmo reizi pielāgo tehnikas attīstībai Padomes Direktīvu 67/548/EEK par normatīvo un administratīvo aktu tuvināšanu attiecībā uz bīstamu vielu klasifikāciju, iepakojumu un marķēšanu; 8) Komisijas 1996.gada 30.jūlija Direktīvas 96/54/EK, ar ko divdesmit otro reizi tehnikas attīstībai pielāgo Padomes Direktīvu 67/548/EEK par normatīvo un administratīvo aktu tuvināšanu attiecībā uz bīstamu vielu klasifikāciju, iesaiņošanu un marķēšanu; 9)Komisijas 1997.gada 5.decembra Direktīvas 97/69/EK, ar ko divdesmit trešo reizi tehnikas attīstībai pielāgo Padomes Direktīvu 67/548/EEK par to normatīvo un administratīvo aktu tuvināšanu, kas attiecas uz bīstamu vielu klasifikāciju, iepakošanu un marķēšanu; 10)Komisijas 1998.gada 18.septembra Direktīvas 98/73/EK, kas divdesmit ceturto reizi pieskaņo tehnikas progresam Padomes Direktīvu 67/548/EEK par normatīvo un administratīvo aktu, kas attiecas uz bīstamu vielu klasifikāciju, iesaiņojumiem un apzīmējumiem, tuvināšanu; 11)Komisijas 1998.gada 15.decembra Direktīvas 98/98/EK, ar ko divdesmit piekto reizi tehnikas attīstībai pielāgo Padomes Direktīvu 67/548/EEK par to normatīvo un administratīvo aktu tuvināšanu, kas attiecas uz bīstamu vielu klasifikāciju, iepakošanu un marķēšanu; 12)Komisijas 2000.gada 19.maija Direktīvas 2000/32/EK, ar ko divdesmit sesto reizi tehnikas attīstībai pielāgo Padomes Direktīvu 67/548/EEK par normatīvo un administratīvo aktu tuvināšanu attiecībā uz bīstamu vielu klasifikāciju, iesaiņojumu un marķēšanu; 13)Komisijas 2001.gada 6.augusta Direktīvas 2001/59/EK, ar ko divdesmit astoto reizi tehnikas attīstībai pielāgo Padomes Direktīvu 67/548/EEK par to, kā tuvināt normatīvos un administratīvos aktus, kas attiecas uz bīstamu vielu klasifikāciju, iepakošanu un marķēšanu; 14)Komisijas 2004.gada 29.aprīļa Direktīvas 2004/73/EK, ar ko divdesmit devīto reizi tehnikas attīstībai pielāgo Padomes Direktīvu 67/548/EEK par to normatīvo un administratīvo aktu tuvināšanu, kas attiecas uz bīstamu vielu klasifikāciju, iepakojumu un marķēšanu. 5 Ministru prezidents A.Kalvītis Vides ministra vietā — reģionālās attīstības un pašvaldību lietu ministrs M.Kučinskis Pielikums Ministru kabineta 2005.gada 13.decembra noteikumiem Nr.949 Bīstamo ķīmisko vielu saraksts Indeksa Nr.
