N.A. van Loon te Amsterdam. Het geding Bij arrest van 17 december 2010 heeft de Hoge Raad het arrest van het hof Amsterdam van 4 november 2008 vernietigd en het geding ter verdere behandeling en beslissing verwezen naar het hof Den Haag. Bij brief van 28 juli 2015 heeft [appellanten] de zaak ter rolle van 4 augustus 2015 aangebracht en verzocht de zaak te verwijzen naar het hof Arnhem-Leeuwarden. Bij brief van 3 augustus 2015 heeft TMF c.s. hetzelfde verzoek gedaan. Ter rolle van 4 augustus 2015 heeft [appellanten] een memorie na cassatie genomen. Vervolgens is de zaak naar de rol verwezen voor uitspraak van onderhavig verwijzingsarrest. Overwegingen ten aanzien van de verwijzing De advocaat van [appellanten] is raadsheer-plaatsvervanger in het hof Den Haag. Derhalve is naar het oordeel van het hof de behandeling van de zaak in hoger beroep door een ander hof gewenst. Gesteld noch gebleken is dat er sprake is van betrokkenheid van het hof ’s‑Hertogenbosch in de zin van artikel 62b Wet op de rechterlijke organisatie. Het hof ziet derhalve geen aanleiding om af te wijken van het zaaksverdelingsreglement van het hof, vastgesteld op 2 januari 2013 en aangevuld op 11 maart 2014 (Stcrt. 2014, nr. 9069). Gezien het voorgaande zal het hof de zaak op grond van artikel 62b Wet op de rechterlijke organisatie in de stand waarin deze zich bevindt ter verdere behandeling verwijzen naar het hof ’s-Hertogenbosch. Beslissing Het hof: - verwijst de zaak in de stand waarin deze zich bevindt ter verdere behandeling naar het hof ’s‑Hertogenbosch. Dit arrest is gewezen door mrs. J.E.H.M. Pinckaers, M.
