LANDSBESLUIT, HOUDENDE ALGEMENE MAATREGELEN, van de 17de april 2007 ter uitvoering van artikel 33, eerste lid, van de Werkliedenverordening 1944 (P.B. 1978, no. 376) Artikel1 1.De som welke voor de werkman tot pensioengrondslag moet strekken, wordt afgeleid van het door hem genoten week- of maandloon volgens de tabel, zoals neergelegd in de bij dit landsbesluit behorende bijlage. 2.Het Landsbesluit, houdende algemene maatregelen, van de 16de maart 1987 ter uitvoering van artikel 33 lid 1 van de Werkliedenverordening 1944 (P.B. 1978, no. 376) (P.B. 1987, no. 40) wordt ingetrokken. Artikel2 Dit landsbesluit treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na die der uitgifte van het Publicatieblad, waarin het geplaatst is en werkt terug tot en met 1 januari 2005.
