Le Secrétaire Général du Conseil de l’Europe en communiquera copie certifiée conforme ∫ chacun des Etats membres du Conseil de l’Europe, aux Etats non membres qui ont participé ∫ l’élaboration de la présente Convention, ∫ la Communauté européenne et ∫ tout Etat invité ∫ adhérer ∫ la présente Convention. Po zapoznaniu si´ z powy˝szà konwencjà oÊwiadczam, ˝e: — zosta∏a ona uznana za s∏usznà w ca∏oÊci, jak i ka˝de z postanowieƒ w niej zawartych, — jest przyj´ta, ratyfikowana i potwierdzona, — b´dzie niezmiennie zachowywana.
