pkt 2 i 3, muszà byç stosowane zgodnie z ich funkcjà technologicznà oraz na warunkach i w dawkach ustalonych w za∏àcznikach nr 2 i 3 do rozporzàdzenia. §

W produkcji jednego Êrodka spo˝ywczego dopuszczalne jest stosowanie mieszaniny substancji dodatkowych dozwolonych,

Êci zanieczyszczeƒ nale˝y utrzymaç na najni˝szym poziomie mo˝liwym do uzyskania przy zastosowaniu zasad dobrej praktyki produkcyjnej na wszystkich etapach produkcji. §

  1. Decyzje o zastosowaniu substancji dodatkowych dozwolonych, dodawanych do Êrodków spo˝ywczych oraz u˝ywek, wydaje wojewódzki inspektor sanitarny po zasi´gni´ciu opinii Paƒstwowego Zak∏adu Higieny. §
  2. Substancje dodatkowe dozwolone na podstawie dotychczasowych przepisów lub zezwoleƒ wydanych na ich podstawie, a nie uj´te w rozporzàdzeniu, mogà byç stosowane przez okres 3 miesi´cy od dnia wejÊcia w ˝ycie rozporzàdzenia. Dziennik Ustaw Nr 9 — 489 — §
