Na podstawie art. 6 ust. 2 ustawy z dnia 29 listopada 2000 r. o obrocie z zagranicà towarami, technologiami i us∏ugami o znaczeniu strategicznym dla bezpieczeƒstwa paƒstwa, a tak˝e dla utrzymania mi´dzynarodowego pokoju i bezpieczeƒstwa oraz o zmianie niektórych ustaw (Dz. U. z 2000 r. Nr 119, poz. 1250, z 2001 r. Nr 154, poz. 1789 oraz z 2002 r. Nr 41, poz. 365) zarzàdza si´, co nast´puje: §

  1. Ustala si´ wykaz towarów podwójnego zastosowania, na obrót którymi jest wymagane zezwolenie, obejmujàcy: 1) „List´ eksportowo-tranzytowà” — okreÊlajàcà towary podwójnego zastosowania eksportowane i obj´te procedurà tranzytu, stanowiàcà za∏àcznik nr 1 do rozporzàdzenia; 2) „List´ importowà” — okreÊlajàcà importowane towary podwójnego zastosowania, stanowiàcà za∏àcznik nr 2 do rozporzàdzenia. §
  2. Ustala si´ wykaz uzbrojenia, na obrót którym jest wymagane zezwolenie, obejmujàcy: 1) „List´ eksportowo-tranzytowà” — okreÊlajàcà uzbrojenie eksportowane i obj´te procedurà tranzytu, stanowiàcà za∏àcznik nr 3 do rozporzàdzenia; 2) „List´ importowà” — okreÊlajàcà importowane uzbrojenie, stanowiàcà za∏àcznik nr 4 do rozporzàdzenia. §
  3. Traci moc rozporzàdzenie Ministra Gospodarki z dnia 23 maja 2001 r. w sprawie wykazów towarów o znaczeniu strategicznym (Dz. U. z 2001 r. Nr 65, poz. 660). §

Rozporzàdzenie okreÊla: 1) maksymalne poziomy zawartoÊci rt´ci w poszczególnych rodzajach baterii i akumulatorów; 2) sposoby znakowania baterii i akumulatorów oraz urzàdzeƒ zawierajàcych baterie i akumulatory; 3) zasady umieszczania baterii i akumulatorów w urzàdzeniach i odst´pstwa od tych zasad oraz in-
