Brak tej wzmianki spowodowa∏, ˝e Rada Paƒstwa Belgii odmówi∏a udzielenia opinii projektowi dekretu wyra˝ajàcego zgod´ na zwiàzanie wspomnianà Konwencjà do czasu, a˝ Belgia sprecyzuje jej partnerom w Radzie Europy, ˝e podpisanie przez Rzàd reprezentujàcy Królestwo Belgii wià˝e jego cz´Êci (Wspólnoty i Regiony). .5 of the European Convention on Cinematographic Co-Production, declares that the Spanish competent authority with regard to Article 5.2, is the Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts (Instituto de la Cinematografia y de las Artes Audiovisuales) and the Administrations of the Autonomous Communities in respect of co-producers who are established therein.
