Przek∏ad PROTOKÓ¸ DODATKOWY Nr 14 ADDITIONAL PROTOCOL No. 14 do Ârodkowoeuropejskiej umowy o wolnym handlu to the Central European Free Trade Agreement Przedstawiciele Republiki Bu∏garii, Republiki Chorwacji, Republiki Czeskiej, Republiki W´gierskiej, Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, Rumunii, Republiki S∏owackiej i Republiki S∏owenii (zwanych dalej „Stronami”), Representatives of the Republic of Bulgaria, the Republic of Croatia, the Czech Republic, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Poland, Romania, the Slovak Republic and the Republic of Slovenia (hereinafter called the Parties), potwierdzajàc swoje oddanie zasadom gospodarki rynkowej, stanowiàcej podstaw´ ich stosunków, Reaffirming their commitment to the principles of a market economy, which constitutes the basis for their relations, odwo∏ujàc si´ do swych intencji stopniowego wyeliminowania przeszkód w ich ca∏ym wzajemnym handlu, Recalling their intention to eliminate progressively the obstacles to substantially all their mutual trade, zgodnie z postanowieniami artyku∏ów 34, 35, 37 i 39 Ârodkowoeuropejskiej umowy o wolnym handlu, In accordance with the provisions of Articles 34, 35, 37 and 39 of the Central European Free Trade Agreement, uzgodnili, co nast´puje: Have decided as follows: Artyku∏ 1 Article 1 1. W Protokole 4 do Ârodkowoeuropejskiej umowy o wolnym handlu dotyczàcym wymiany koncesji rolnych mi´dzy Republikà Czeskà i Republikà S∏owackà z jednej strony a Republikà W´gierskà z drugiej strony dodaje si´ nowe ust´py 3a i 4a w brzmieniu: 1. Protocol 4 to the Central European Free Trade Agreement concerning the exchange of agricultural concessions between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic on the one side and the Republic of Hungary on the other side shall be supplemented by new Paragraphs 3a and 4a, which shall be read as follows: „3a C∏a importowe stosowane w Republice Czeskiej i Republice S∏owackiej w odniesieniu do towarów pochodzàcych z Republiki W´gierskiej wymienionych w Za∏àczniku C1 do niniejszego protoko∏u zostanà obni˝one bez limitu iloÊciowego lub w ramach limitu iloÊciowego okreÊlonego w Za∏àczniku C1 do poziomu ustanowionego w Za∏àczniku C1 z dniem 15 lipca 2003 r.” ”3a Customs duties on imports applicable in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic to products originating in the Republic of Hungary listed in Annex C1 to this Protocol shall be reduced without quantitative limits or within the limits of quotas specified in Annex C1 to the level set out in Annex C1 as from 15 July 2003.” „4a C∏a importowe stosowane w Republice W´gierskiej w odniesieniu do towarów pochodzàcych z Republiki Czeskiej lub Republiki S∏owackiej wymienionych w Za∏àczniku D1 do niniejszego protoko∏u zostanà obni˝one, bez limitu iloÊciowego lub w ramach limitu iloÊciowego okreÊlonego w Za∏àczniku D1 do poziomu ustanowionego w Za∏àczniku D1 z dniem 15 lipca 2003 r.” ”4a Customs duties on imports applicable in the Republic of Hungary to products originating in the Czech Republic or in the Slovak Republic listed in Annex D1 to this Protocol shall be reduced without quantitative limits or within the limits of quotas specified in Annex D1 to the level set out in Annex D1 as from 15 July 2003.” 2. Niniejszym okreÊla si´ Za∏àcznik 1 i Za∏àcznik 2 do niniejszego Protoko∏u dodatkowego i za∏àcza si´ je do Protoko∏u 4 jako Za∏àczniki C1 i D1 stanowiàce jego integralnà cz´Êç. 2. Annex 1 and Annex 2 to this Additional Protocol are hereby established and being attached to Protocol 4 as Annexes C1 and D1 and are integral part thereof.   4. b)The customs duty and the quota for the Slovak Republic in entries for tariff number 21039090 shall be deleted.   7. b)Uchyla si´ c∏o importowe i kontyngent dla Republiki Czeskiej dla pozycji taryfowej 2203. (
  8. b)The customs duty and the quota for the Czech Republic for tariff number 2203 shall be deleted. Artyku∏ 4 Article 4 Niniejszy Protokó∏ dodatkowy stanowi integralnà cz´Êç Ârodkowoeuropejskiej umowy o wolnym handlu. This Additional Protocol shall constitute an integral part of the Central European Free Trade Agreement. Artyku∏ 5 Article 5 1. Niniejszy Protokó∏ dodatkowy wejdzie w ˝ycie szeÊçdziesiàtego dnia od daty otrzymania przez depozytariusza ostatniej notyfikacji Stron o zakoƒczeniu procedur koniecznych do tego celu. 1. This Additional Protocol shall enter into force on the sixtieth day from the date of receiving by the Depositary of the last notification of the Parties of the completion of procedures necessary for that purpose. 2. Depozytariusz notyfikuje wszystkim Stronom zakoƒczenie procedur koniecznych do wejÊcia w ˝ycie niniejszego Protoko∏u dodatkowego. 2. The Depositary shall notify all Parties of the completion of procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Additional Protocol. 3. JeÊli niniejszy Protokó∏ dodatkowy nie wejdzie w ˝ycie do dnia 15 lipca 2003 r., to b´dzie on stosowany prowizorycznie mi´dzy Republikà Czeskà i Republikà W´gierskà i mi´dzy Republikà S∏owackà i Republikà W´gierskà od tej daty. 3. If this Additional Protocol does not enter into force by 15 July 2003 it shall be applied provisionally between the Czech Republic and the Republic of Hungary and between the Slovak Republic and the Republic of Hungary from that date. Depozytariusz przeka˝e poÊwiadczone kopie niniejszego Protoko∏u dodatkowego wszystkim Stronom Ârodkowoeuropejskiej umowy o wolnym handlu. DONE at Bled this 4 day of July 2003 in a single authentic copy in the English language, which shall be deposited with the Government of the Republic of Poland. The Depositary shall transmit certified copies of this Additional Protocol to all Parties to the Central European Free Trade Agreement. Podaje si´ niniejszym do wiadomoÊci, ˝e na podstawie art. 6 ust. 3 w zwiàzku z art. 13 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 14 kwietnia 2000 r. o umowach mi´dzynarodowych (Dz. U. Nr 39, poz. 443, z póên. zm.), Rada Ministrów Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej udzieli∏a w dniu 24 czerwca 2003 r. zgody na zwiàzanie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej Protoko∏em dodatkowym nr 14 do Ârodko- woeuropejskiej umowy o wolnym handlu (CEFTA).
