U. Nr 42, poz. 473, z póên. zm.2)) zarzàdza si´, co nast´puje: ——————— 1) Minister Zdrowia kieruje dzia∏em administracji rzàdowej — zdrowie, na podstawie § 1 ust. 2 rozporzàdzenia Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 11 czerwca 2004 r. w sprawie szczegó∏owego zakresu dzia∏ania Ministra Zdrowia (Dz. U. Nr 134, poz. 1439). 2) Zmiany wymienionej ustawy zosta∏y og∏oszone w Dz. U. z 2003 r. Nr 73, poz. 659, Nr 189, poz. 1852 i Nr 208, poz.

2. W rozporzàdzeniu Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 23 grudnia 2002 r. w sprawie okreÊlenia procedur pobierania próbek kosmetyków oraz procedur przeprowadzania badaƒ laboratoryjnych (Dz. U. z 2003 r. Nr 9, poz. 107) za∏àcznik nr 2 otrzymuje brzmienie okreÊlone w za∏àczniku do niniejszego rozporzàdzenia. §
3. Rozporzàdzenie wchodzi w ˝ycie po up∏ywie 14 dni od dnia og∏oszenia. Minister Zdrowia: M.
