PROGRAM REALIZACJI UMOWY IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAMME FOR THE AGREEMENT mi´dzy Rzàdem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Rzàdem Republiki Turcji o wspó∏pracy w dziedzinach nauki, oÊwiaty i kultury na lata 2003—2006 between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on Cooperation in the fields of Science, Education and Culture for the period 2003—2006 Rzàd Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej i Rzàd Republiki Turcji, zwane dalej „Stronami”, dzia∏ajàc na podstawie artyku∏u IX Umowy mi´dzy Rzàdem Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej a Rzàdem Republiki Turcji o wspó∏pracy w dziedzinach nauki, oÊwiaty i kultury, zawartej w Ankarze dnia 24 paêdziernika 1990 r., uzgodni∏y niniejszy Program Wspó∏pracy na lata 2003, 2004, 2005 i 2006. The Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of Turkey, hereinafter referred to as the „Parties”, acting in accordance with Article IX of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on Cooperation in the fields of Science, Education and Culture, concluded in Ankara on October 24th, 1990, have adopted the following Programme of Cooperation for the years 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. I. Nauka i szkolnictwo I. Science and education Artyku∏ 1 Article 1 Strony b´dà popiera∏y bezpoÊrednià wspó∏prac´ mi´dzy uczelniami wy˝szymi i instytucjami naukowymi obu krajów w zakresie: The Parties shall support direct cooperation between institutions of higher education and scientific institutions of the two countries in the field of: Dziennik Ustaw Nr 41 — 2302 — Poz. 383

1. a)prowadzenia wspólnych badaƒ naukowych,
2. a)conducting joint scientific research,
3. b)wymiany pracowników naukowo-dydaktycznych w celu prowadzenia zaj´ç akademickich, udzia∏u w kongresach i seminariach,
4. b)exchange of scientific and teaching staff for the purpose of conducting academic work, participation in congresses and seminars,
5. c)wymiany studentów,
6. c)exchange of students,
7. d)wymiany informacji i publikacji naukowych.
8. d)exchange of scientific information and publications. Dziedziny wspó∏pracy i warunki finansowe b´dà uzgadniane mi´dzy zainteresowanymi uczelniami wy˝szymi i instytucjami obu krajów. The areas of collaboration and financial provisions shall be determined by the interested institutions of higher education and scientific institutions of the two countries. Artyku∏ 2 Article 2 Strony b´dà dà˝y∏y do rozszerzenia wiedzy o j´zyku, historii i kulturze drugiego kraju. The Parties shall promote knowledge of the language, history and culture of the other country. Strony b´dà kierowa∏y nauczycieli akademickich do uczelni wy˝szych w porozumieniu z tymi uczelniami. Strony b´dà kierowa∏y lektorów lub wyk∏adowców j´zyka i literatury swojego kraju do uczelni wy˝szych wskazanych przez Stron´ przyjmujàcà. The Parties shall send academic teachers to institutions of higher education in consultation with the said institutions. The Parties shall send teachers or lecturers of their language and literature to institutions of higher education selected by the receiving Party. ProÊba o skierowanie nowego lektora lub wyk∏adowcy powinna byç przekazana Stronie wysy∏ajàcej na co najmniej rok przed przewidywanym okresem zatrudnienia, celem umo˝liwienia za∏atwienia wszelkich formalnoÊci niezb´dnych do jego przyj´cia. Requests for new teachers or lecturers shall be conveyed to the sending Party at least a year before the envisaged beginning of employment, to allow for completion of all the necessary formalities. 12. b)total of 6 one-month scholarships for Polish-language students and lecturers at summer courses in Polish language and culture, organized by Polish universities. 13. a)do 38 miesi´cy stypendialnych na sta˝e j´zykowe oraz badania naukowe w ró˝nych dziedzinach,
14. a)up to 38 scholarship months for language study and scientific research in different fields,
15. b)7 dwumiesi´cznych stypendiów dla studentów i wyk∏adowców j´zyka tureckiego na letnie kursy, organizowane przez Centrum Nauczania J´zyka Tureckiego („TÖMER”) w ró˝nych oÊrodkach na terenie Turcji.
16. b)total of 7 two-month scholarships for Turkish-language students and lecturers at summer courses organized by the Center for the Teaching of the Turkish Language (TÖMER) in different centers in Turkey. Dziennik Ustaw Nr 41 — 2303 — Poz. 383 Artyku∏ 5 Article 5 Strony b´dà wymienia∏y materia∏y informacyjne i publikacje dotyczàce programów edukacyjnych, systemów oÊwiaty oraz organizacji szkolnictwa wy˝szego. The Parties shall exchange information materials and publications concerning their education programs, education system and the organization of higher education. Artyku∏ 6 Article 6 W okresie obowiàzywania niniejszego programu Strony mogà wymieniç po dwie delegacje sk∏adajàce si´ z trzech osób, na okres 10 dni, w celu zebrania informacji i zapoznania si´ z systemami szkolnictwa drugiej Strony. During the course of this Programme, the Parties shall be able to exchange two delegations each, consisting of three members, for ten-day visits, for the purpose of collecting information and studying the education system of the other Party. Szczegó∏y zostanà uzgodnione drogà dyplomatycznà. The details shall be elaborated by diplomatic channels. Artyku∏ 7 Article 7 Strony b´dà popiera∏y nawiàzywanie kontaktów partnerskich mi´dzy szko∏ami Êrednimi obu krajów. The Parties shall support establishment of partnership relations between secondary schools of the two countries. Artyku∏ 8 Article 8 Dà˝àc do zapewnienia obiektywnej informacji o swoich krajach, Strony b´dà kontynuowa∏y wspó∏prac´ i wymienià atlasy, podr´czniki geografii i historii, u˝ywane w szko∏ach podstawowych i Êrednich, a tak˝e b´dà sobie przekazywa∏y oceny, uwagi i komentarze. Wishing to promote objective information about their countries, the Parties shall continue collaboration and shall exchange atlases, as well as geography and history textbooks, used in primary and secondary schools, and shall present their assessments, observations and comments. Spotkania ekspertów b´dà si´ odbywa∏y — w razie potrzeby — na przemian w Polsce i Turcji. Szczegó∏y zostanà uzgodnione drogà dyplomatycznà. The meetings of experts shall be held intermittently — as required — in Poland and Turkey. The details shall be elaborated by diplomatic channels. Article 9 Artyku∏ 9 Strony b´dà popiera∏y kontynuowanie prac mi´dzy Komitetem Badaƒ Naukowych (KBN) ze Strony polskiej i Radà Badaƒ Naukowych i Technicznych (TÜBITAK) ze Strony tureckiej, w celu zawarcia dwustronnej umowy mi´dzyrzàdowej o wspó∏pracy w dziedzinie nauki i techniki. The Parties shall support continuation of work by the State Committee for Scientific Research (KBN) on the Polish side, and the Council for Scientific and Technical Research (TÜBITAK) on the Turkish side, for the purpose of concluding a bilateral intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the field of science and technology. II. Kultura i sztuka II. Culture and the arts Artyku∏ 10 Article 10 Strony b´dà rozwija∏y wspó∏prac´ w zakresie zachowania, konserwacji i ochrony dziedzictwa kulturalnego i historycznego obu krajów, zgodnie z konwencjami Organizacji Narodów Zjednoczonych do spraw OÊwiaty, Nauki i Kultury (UNESCO) i Rady Europy, a mianowicie Konwencjà w Sprawie Ochrony Âwiatowego Dziedzictwa Kulturalnego i Naturalnego z roku 1972 i Europejskà Konwencjà Kulturalnà z roku 1954, których sà stronami. The two Parties shall develop their collaboration in the field of preservation, conservation and protection of the cultural and historic heritage of the two countries, in accordance with the relevant conventions of The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) and the Council of Europe, namely the Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage of 1972 and European Cultural Convention of 1954, to which they are parties. Artyku∏ 12 Article 12 Strony b´dà organizowa∏y wspólne praktyki terenowe dla polskich studentów Akademii Sztuk Pi´knych oraz tureckich studentów sztuk plastycznych, w szczególnoÊci w dziedzinie konserwacji dzie∏ sztuki. The Parties shall support joint practical field sessions for the Academies of Fine Arts students from Poland, and for fine arts students from Turkey, with particular reference to preservation of works of art. Artyku∏ 13 Article 13 Strony b´dà wymienia∏y informacje i doÊwiadczenia dotyczàce prawa i praktyki, które obowiàzujà w obu krajach, w zakresie ochrony dziedzictwa kulturalnego, ze szczególnym uwzgl´dnieniem zwalczania nielegalnego wywozu dzie∏ sztuki. The Parties shall exchange information and experiences concerning legal regulations and the practice in the two countries regarding protection of the cultural heritage, with particular reference to combatting trafficking in works of art. Artyku∏ 14 Article 14 Strona turecka poprze inicjatyw´ Strony polskiej zrealizowania programu archiwizacji ksiàg pamiàtkowych z „Domu Cioci Zosi” w polskiej wsi Adampol (Polonezköy) pod Istambu∏em oraz zarchiwizowania wszystkich ksiàg na CD-ROMach i wydania opracowania monograficznego w j´zyku polskim i tureckim. The Turkish Party welcomes the initiative taken by the Polish Party to carry out the programme of archiving the memorial books from ”Dom Cioci Zosi” in the Polish village of Adampol (Polonezköy) near Istanbul, the recording of all the books on CD-ROM and publication of a monograph in Polish and Turkish. Artyku∏ 15 Article 15 Strony b´dà wzajemnie zaprasza∏y ekspertów drugiego kraju do udzia∏u w mi´dzynarodowych kongresach, sympozjach i wystawach poÊwi´conych ochronie obiektów zabytkowych. The Parties shall invite experts of the other country to participate in international congresses, symposia and exhibitions concerning protection of historic monuments. Artyku∏ 16 Article 16 1. Strony b´dà popiera∏y wymian´ wystaw sztuki ludowej i tradycyjnych wyrobów r´kodzielniczych, a tak˝e wymian´ ekspertów z ró˝nych dziedzin kultury ludowej. 1. The Parties shall promote exchanges of exhibitions of folk arts and crafts, and exchanges of experts representing different areas of folk art. 2. Strony b´dà wzajemnie zaprasza∏y folklorystyczne zespo∏y muzyczne i taneczne do udzia∏u w mi´dzynarodowych festiwalach folkloru, organizowanych w obu krajach. 2. The Parties shall encourage participation of folk music and dance ensembles of the other side to international folk festivals organized in each country. Artyku∏ 17 Article 17 Strony b´dà popiera∏y wspó∏prac´ w dziedzinie dramatu, zw∏aszcza w zakresie wzajemnego wystawiania sztuk renomowanych autorów polskich i tureckich. The Parties shall support collaboration in the field of drama, particularly with regard to staging plays by renowned Polish and Turkish authors. Artyku∏ 18 Article 18 Strony b´dà popiera∏y wzajemne zapraszanie obserwatorów, cz∏onków jury, artystów i zespo∏ów drugiego kraju na festiwale muzyczne, operowe i baletowe, organizowane w obu krajach. The Parties shall encourage invitation from the other country of observers, jury members, artists and ensembles to participate in music, opera and ballet festivals organized in each country. Artyku∏ 20 Article 20 Strony wymienià, na zasadzie wzajemnoÊci, mikrofilmy manuskryptów. The Parties shall exchange, on the basis of reciprocity, microfilms of manuscripts. Artyku∏ 21 Article 21 Strony b´dà popiera∏y wzajemny udzia∏ w mi´dzynarodowych targach ksià˝ki organizowanych w obu krajach, zw∏aszcza w Mi´dzynarodowych Targach Ksià˝ki w Warszawie oraz Targach Ksià˝ki TÜYAB w Istambule oraz w Mi´dzynarodowych Targach Ksià˝ki dla Dzieci w Ankarze. The Parties shall support mutual participation in international book fairs organized in the two countries, in particular — in the International Book Fair in Warsaw and the TÜYAB Book Fair in Istanbul and the International Fair of Books for Children in Ankara. Artyku∏ 22 Article 22 Strony b´dà popiera∏y dokonywanie przek∏adów i publikowanie poezji oraz innych dzie∏ literackich autorów drugiego kraju. The Parties shall promote the translation and publication of poetry and other literary works by authors from the other country. Artyku∏ 23 Article 23 Strony b´dà popiera∏y wspó∏prac´ w dziedzinie archeologii, muzealnictwa oraz restauracji zabytków i wytworów kultury. The Parties shall support cooperation in the fields of archeology, museology, and restoration of monuments and artifacts of culture. Artyku∏ 24 Article 24 1. Strony uzna∏y szczególnà rol´, jakà odgrywa dzia∏alnoÊç Muzeum Adama Mickiewicza w Istambule dla zachowania polsko-tureckich zwiàzków historycznych, i b´dà pomaga∏y w realizacji projektu kompleksowej renowacji tego Muzeum, obejmujàcej remont budynku oraz konserwacj´ eksponatów pochodzàcych ze zbiorów Muzeum Literatury im. Adama Mickiewicza w Warszawie. 1. The Parties recognize the role played by the Adam Mickiewicz Museum in Istanbul for the preservation of Polish-Turkish historic links and shall support the comprehensive renovation of the Museum covering the restoration of the building and conservation of the exhibits originating from the Adam Mickiewicz Museum of Literature in Warsaw. 2. Remont Muzeum Adama Mickiewicza b´dzie przedmiotem oddzielnego porozumienia mi´dzy obu Stronami. W tym celu Strony powo∏ajà wspólnà grup´ roboczà. 2. Renovation of the Adam Mickiewicz Museum shall be the subject of a separate agreement between the two Parties. The Parties shall establish a joint working group to that effect. 3. W celu przeprowadzenia nale˝ytej konserwacji eksponatów Strona turecka b´dzie depozytariuszem obiektów, które b´dà eksponowane w Muzeum Sztuki Tureckiej i Muzu∏maƒskiej, oraz przyjmie w okresie obowiàzywania niniejszego programu trzech ekspertów z Muzeum Literatury w Warszawie, ka˝dego na okres 2 tygodni, którzy dokonajà przeglàdu i niezb´dnych prac konserwatorskich. 3. The Turkish Party, in pursuit of the objective of proper conservation of the exhibits, shall be the depositary of the artifacts to be exhibited in the Museum of Turkish and Muslim Art and will receive in the period covered by this Programme three experts from the Museum of Literature in Warsaw, each for a period of two weeks, who will examine the exhibits and perform necessary conservation work thereupon. 4. In the period covered by this Programme, the Polish Party shall receive three Turkish experts to acquaint themselves with Polish museums, each for a period not exceeding fifteen days. Artyku∏ 25 Article 25 Strony b´dà popiera∏y bezpoÊrednià wspó∏prac´ mi´dzy polskimi i tureckimi instytucjami, organizacja- The Parties shall support direct collaboration between Polish and Turkish institutions, organizations Dziennik Ustaw Nr 41 — 2306 — Poz. 383 mi i stowarzyszeniami filmowców, zw∏aszcza w zakresie realizacji filmów, Êwiadczenia us∏ug filmowych i prezentacji filmów drugiego kraju na zasadach handlowych oraz na pokazach niekomercyjnych. and associations of filmmakers, particularly with regard to production of films, provision of filmmaking services, and presentation of films from the other country, on commercial principles and at non-commercial showings. Artyku∏ 26 Article 26 Strony b´dà popiera∏y wspó∏prac´ stowarzyszeƒ filmowców oraz archiwów filmowych obu krajów. The Parties shall support the collaboration of their filmmakers’ associations and film archives. Artyku∏ 27 Article 27 1. Strony b´dà popiera∏y organizowanie, na zasadzie wzajemnoÊci, przeglàdów filmów drugiej Strony oraz udzia∏ filmów drugiego kraju w festiwalach filmowych. 1. The Parties shall encourage, on a reciprocal basis, the reviews of films from the other country and their participation in film festivals. 2. Strony b´dà wzajemnie popiera∏y organizowanie tygodni filmowych w swoich krajach i umo˝liwià wymian´ delegacji, liczàcej najwy˝ej trzy osoby. 2. The Parties shall reciprocally promote the realization of film weeks in their respective countries, and shall facilitate the exchange of delegations composed of up to three personalities. Artyku∏ 28 Article 28 Strony b´dà wzajemnie popiera∏y wspó∏prac´ w dziedzinie ochrony praw w∏asnoÊci intelektualnej i b´dà wzajemnie si´ informowa∏y o mi´dzynarodowych konferencjach, dyskusjach panelowych, sympozjach itp. dotyczàcych kwestii praw w∏asnoÊci intelektualnej. The Parties shall reciprocally encourage cooperation in the field of intellectual property rights, and shall reciprocally inform each other of international conferences, panel discussions, symposia etc. to be held with regard to intellectual property rights. Strony b´dà wymienia∏y publikacje i dokumentacj´ dotyczàcà obowiàzujàcego w obu krajach ustawodawstwa i stosowanej praktyki w zakresie praw w∏asnoÊci intelektualnej. The Parties shall exchange publications and documentation concerning their respective legislations and practices related to intellectual property rights issues. Ka˝da ze Stron uzna prawa autorskie i pokrewne, przys∏ugujàce obywatelom i instytucjom drugiej Strony oraz ich nast´pcom prawnym. Strony zabezpieczà jednoczeÊnie ochron´ tych praw na takich samych warunkach, jakie stwarzane sà jej wewn´trznym ustawodawstwem dla jej w∏asnych obywateli i instytucji. Strony zobowiàzujà si´ ponadto do wzajemnego poszanowania praw w∏asnoÊci intelektualnej swych obywateli i instytucji, zgodnie z umowami i konwencjami mi´dzynarodowymi, których sà stronami. The Parties shall recognize the copyrights of the citizens and institutions of the other side and their legal successors. The Parties, at the same time, shall ensure the protection of those rights on the same principles as those provided by their internal legislation for their own citizens and institutions. The Parties also undertake to respect mutually the intellectual property rights of their citizens and institutions in accordance with international agreements and conventions, to which they are parties. The Parties shall exchange information, documentation and publications concerning international Intellectual Property Rights, their respective legislations and practices related to the settlement of disputes. Na wniosek drugiej Strony ka˝da ze Stron dostarczy w ramach wspó∏pracy ekspertyz´ w zakresie praw w∏asnoÊci intelektualnej. The Parties, upon request by the other side, shall provide expertise for cooperation on the Intellectual Property Rights issues. Artyku∏ 29 Article 29 Strony b´dà dà˝y∏y, aby organizowanym na zasadzie wzajemnoÊci wystawom rzemios∏ tradycyjnych, sztuki wspó∏czesnej i plastyki, z wyjàtkiem prezentacji wystaw dziedzictwa historycznego, towarzyszy∏ jeden lub dwóch komisarzy, wyznaczonych zgodnie z wewn´trznymi przepisami ka˝dej ze Stron. The Parties, with the exception of exhibitions of historical heritage, shall reciprocally encourage the organizing of exhibitions of traditional handicrafts, modern art and plastic arts to be accompanied by one or two commissioners in accordance with their national legislation. The Parties shall encourage and support reciprocal participation in international exhibitions, biennials and symposia etc. in the field of plastic arts, to be held in their respective countries. Accordingly, the Polish side shall give a favorable response to the initiative of establishment of a Turkish Cultural Center in Warsaw. III. Inne dziedziny wspó∏pracy III. Other fields of cooperation Artyku∏ 31 Article 31 Strony b´dà popiera∏y wspó∏prac´ w dziedzinie archiwistyki i zach´cà paƒstwowe instytucje archiwów obu krajów, a mianowicie Naczelnà Dyrekcj´ Archiwów Paƒstwowych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej oraz Tureckà Generalnà Dyrekcj´ Archiwów Paƒstwowych, do odnowienia — zgodnie z wewn´trznymi przepisami ka˝dej ze Stron — Protoko∏u o wspó∏pracy z dnia 22 wrzeÊnia 1997 r. The Parties shall support cooperation in the field of archives and shall encourage their respective state archives administrations, namely the Head Office of State Archives of the Republic of Poland and the Turkish General Directorate of State Archives, to renew the Protocol on Cooperation signed on September 22, 1997, in accordance with their national legislations. Dla zrealizowania celów niniejszego programu zainteresowane ministerstwa i instytucje obu Stron b´dà zawiera∏y porozumienia o bezpoÊredniej wspó∏pracy i okresowe programy wykonawcze do tych porozumieƒ, okreÊlajàce zakres, formy oraz warunki organizacyjne i finansowe wymiany w zakresie kultury fizycznej i sportu. The Parties shall support cooperation between organizations active in the sphere of physical education and sports and shall be supportive of all initiatives serving the further development thereof. In pursuit of this Programme’s objectives, the interested ministries and institutions of both Parties shall be concluding agreements concerning direct cooperation and periodic executive programmes to the said agreements, setting out the scope, forms and organizational and financial conditions of exchange in the realm of physical culture and sports. The Parties shall promote exchange of experts, information and publication between youth associations and organizations, as well as other institutions active in this field. Artyku∏ 34 Article 34 Strony b´dà popiera∏y wzajemny udzia∏ m∏odzie˝y w obozach letnich organizowanych w drugim kraju. Szczegó∏y tej wymiany (liczba osób, warunki organizacyjno-finansowe) zostanà uzgodnione przez instytucje partnerskie obu krajów w drodze bezpoÊrednich kontaktów. The Parties shall support the participation of youth — on a reciprocal basis — in summer camps organized in the other country. The details of the exchange (number of participants, organizational and financial provisions) shall be agreed upon by the partner institutions in the two countries, through direct contacts. The Parties shall support direct contacts between the press and information agencies and journalists’ organizations of the two countries. The Parties shall encourage their respective news agencies, namely the Polish News Agency (PAP) and the Anatolian News Agency of Turkey to conclude a Cooperation Protocol. Artyku∏ 37 Article 37 Strony b´dà popiera∏y rozwój wspó∏pracy mi´dzy swoimi instytucjami radiowymi i telewizyjnymi, w ramach Europejskiej Unii Nadawców (EBU). The Parties shall encourage the expansion of cooperation between their respective radio and television institutions within the framework of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). IV. The sending Party shall notify the receiving Party, at least three months before the planned arrival date, of the intent to send persons, providing their personal data, purpose of the visit and proposed programme. The receiving Party shall convey to the sending Party its decision concerning the proposed visit at least six weeks before the planned date of arrival. The sending Party shall notify the receiving Party of the exact date of arrival and the means of transportation, at least three weeks before the planned date of arrival. Artyku∏ 39 Article 39 Zg∏oszenia (kwestionariusze z za∏àcznikami) na stypendia i kursy letnie b´dà przekazywane za poÊrednictwem Ambasady Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej w Ankarze (w odniesieniu do wyje˝d˝ajàcych do Polski) oraz za poÊrednictwem Ambasady Republiki Turcji w Warszawie (w odniesieniu do wyje˝d˝ajàcych do Turcji), w terminach podanych przez w∏adze oÊwiatowe obu krajów. Applications (questionnaires with attachments) for scholarships and summer courses shall be conveyed via the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Ankara (with respect to visits to Poland), and via the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Warsaw (with respect to visits to Turkey), within deadlines set by the education authorities of the two countries. The sending Party shall ensure that the exchange participants carry health and accident insurance policies. Studenci tureccy b´dà mogli równie˝ korzystaç z ubezpieczenia przys∏ugujàcego w Polsce osobom studiujàcym w wy˝szej uczelni. Turkish students can also purchase student insurance policies at the universities in Poland. Artyku∏ 41 Article 41 Strona wysy∏ajàca pokrywa koszty podró˝y w obie strony. The sending Party shall cover the cost of return travel. Artyku∏ 42 Article 42 Wszelkie nale˝noÊci zwiàzane z przyjmowaniem osób w ramach niniejszego programu b´dà wyp∏aca- All gratuities due in connection with visits under this Programme shall be paid immediately after arrival. The persons who under the terms of the Programme shall stay in the territory of the States-Parties for periods not exceeding 15 days, shall have their accommodation and board paid for, as well as the expenses of travel within the territories of the States-Parties covered — in keeping with domestic regulations — by the entities which have volunteered to invite them. The sending Party shall cover the cost of return travel of teachers or lecturers to the place of destination in the receiving country. Artyku∏ 46 Article 46 Szko∏a wy˝sza, która wyra˝a gotowoÊç zatrudnienia lektora lub wyk∏adowcy w ramach artyku∏u 2 niniejszego programu, zobowiàzana jest do zawarcia z nim umowy o prac´, zgodnie z przepisami obowiàzujàcymi w jej kraju, okreÊlajàcej warunki zatrudnienia, a w szczególnoÊci zakres obowiàzków s∏u˝bowych, liczb´ godzin dydaktycznych, wysokoÊç wynagrodzenia i przys∏ugujàce mu prawa. An institution of higher education that intends to employ a teacher or a lecturer under Article 2 of this Programme is obliged to conclude with them, according to domestic regulations, employment contracts setting out the terms and conditions of employment, including — in particular — the scope of duties, the number of teaching hours, salary, as well as the teacher’s and the lecturer’s rights. The cost of organizing events on a commercial basis shall be elaborated in each case by the interested agencies of the two countries. V. Postanowienia koƒcowe V. Final provisions Artyku∏ 48 Article 48 Strony b´dà udziela∏y swego poparcia wszelkim innym inicjatywom, które nie zosta∏y okreÊlone w niniejszym programie, a które mogà przyczyniç si´ do rozwoju wspó∏pracy mi´dzy obu krajami w dziedzinach oÊwiaty, nauki i kultury. The Parties shall promote any other initiatives that are not covered by this Programme, but which can enhance development of cooperation between the two countries in the fields of education, science and culture. To cope with urgent needs that may arise, the Parties shall appoint ad hoc working groups to pursue specific tasks or objectives not covered by this Programme. Artyku∏ 50 Article 50 Niniejszy program wejdzie w ˝ycie z dniem podpisania i pozostanie w mocy do dnia 31 grudnia 2006 r. Jego obowiàzywanie zostanie automatycznie przed∏u˝one do czasu podpisania kolejnego programu, o ile ˝adna ze Stron nie wypowie go w drodze notyfikacji. W takim przypadku program utraci moc po up∏ywie 60 dni od daty wypowiedzenia. This Programme shall enter into force on the day of signing and will remain in force until 31 December 2006. Its validity shall be automatically extended until the signing of the next Programme unless either Party denounces it by a notification. In the event of the latter taking place, the Programme shall lose its force after 60 days from the date of denunciation.
