ust. 1, nie dotyczy zastosowania 1,2,4-trichlorobenzenu (nr CAS 120-82-1): 1) jako produktu poÊredniego syntezy lub 2) jako rozpuszczalnika w zamkni´tych procesach chemicznych w reakcjach chlorowania, lub 3) do celów produkcji 1,3,5-trinitro-2,4,6-triaminobenzenu (TATB).”; 4) za∏àcznik nr 1 do rozporzàdzenia otrzymuje brzmienie okreÊlone w za∏àczniku do niniejszego rozporzàdzenia. § 2. Opony i bie˝niki s∏u˝àce do bie˝nikowania wyprodukowane przed dniem 1 stycznia 2010 r., niespe∏niajàce wymagaƒ okreÊlonych w § 30c rozporzàdzenia,
