Dziennik Ustaw Nr 214 — 15375 — o szczególnych uprawnieniach Skarbu Paƒstwa oraz ich wykonywaniu w spó∏kach kapita∏owych o istotnym znaczeniu dla porzàdku publicznego lub bezpieczeƒstwa publicznego (Dz. Nr 132, poz. 1108 i Nr 267, poz. 2258), sprzeda˝ nast´puje na zasadach okreÊlonych uchwa∏à walnego zgromadzenia, przedmiotem sprzeda˝y sà obiekty technologiczne systemu przesy∏owego gazowego lub elektroenergetycznego lub obiekty technolo- Poz. 1572 i 1573 giczne systemu przesy∏u ropy naftowej lub paliw p∏ynnych, a cena sprzeda˝y sk∏adników aktywów trwa∏ych nie jest ni˝sza ni˝ ich aktualna wartoÊç rynkowa ustalona przez rzeczoznawców.”. §

1. Rozporzàdzenie wchodzi w ˝ycie po up∏ywie 14 dni od dnia og∏oszenia. Prezes Rady Ministrów: J. Kaczyƒski 1573 ROZPORZÑDZENIE RADY MINISTRÓW z dnia 14 listopada 2007 r. w sprawie wprowadzenia Nomenklatury Jednostek Terytorialnych do Celów Statystycznych (NTS) Na podstawie art. 40 ust. 2 ustawy z dnia 29 czerwca 1995 r. o statystyce publicznej (Dz. U. Nr 88, poz. 439, z póên. zm.1)) zarzàdza si´, co nast´puje: §
2. Traci moc rozporzàdzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 13 lipca 2000 r. w sprawie wprowadzenia Nomenklatury Jednostek Terytorialnych do Celów Statystycznych (NTS) (Dz. U. Nr 58, poz. 685, z póên. zm.2)). §
3. Wprowadza si´ Nomenklatur´ Jednostek Terytorialnych do Celów Statystycznych (NTS), stanowiàcà za∏àcznik do rozporzàdzenia. §
