Dziennik Ustaw Nr 202 — 11010 — Poz. 1248 1248 ROZPORZÑDZENIE RADY MINISTRÓW z dnia 1 lipca 2008 r. w sprawie przyj´cia Krajowego Planu Rozdzia∏u Uprawnieƒ do emisji dwutlenku w´gla na lata 2008—2012 dla wspólnotowego systemu handlu uprawnieniami do emisji Na podstawie art. 18 ust. 2 ustawy z dnia 22 grudnia 2004 r. o handlu uprawnieniami do emisji do powietrza gazów cieplarnianych i innych substancji (Dz. U. Nr 281, poz. 2784) zarzàdza si´, co nast´puje: §

1. Rada Ministrów przyjmuje Krajowy Plan Rozdzia∏u Uprawnieƒ do emisji dwutlenku w´gla na lata 2008—2012 dla wspólnotowego systemu handlu uprawnieniami do emisji, który stanowi za∏àcznik do rozporzàdzenia. §
2. Rozporzàdzenie wchodzi w ˝ycie po up∏ywie 14 dni od dnia og∏oszenia. Prezes Rady Ministrów: D.
