Dziennik Ustaw Nr 214 — 11782 — Poz. 1350 1350 ROZPORZÑDZENIE MINISTRA GOSPODARKI1) z dnia 13 listopada 2008 r. w sprawie wykazu uzbrojenia Na podstawie art. 6 ust. 5 ustawy z dnia 29 listopada 2000 r. o obrocie z zagranicà towarami, technologiami i us∏ugami o znaczeniu strategicznym dla bezpieczeƒstwa paƒstwa, a tak˝e dla utrzymania mi´dzynarodowego pokoju i bezpieczeƒstwa (Dz. U. z 2004 r. Nr 229, poz. 2315) zarzàdza si´, co nast´puje: 1) „List´ eksportowo-tranzytowà” — okreÊlajàcà uzbrojenie obj´te procedurà wywozu lub tranzytu, która stanowi za∏àcznik nr 1 do rozporzàdzenia; §

1. Ustala si´ wykaz uzbrojenia, na obrót którym jest wymagane zezwolenie, obejmujàcy: ——————— §
2. Traci moc rozporzàdzenie Ministra Gospodarki z dnia 29 paêdziernika 2007 r. w sprawie wykazu uzbrojenia (Dz. U. Nr 208, poz. 1505). 1) Minister Gospodarki kieruje dzia∏em administracji rzàdo- wej — gospodarka, na podstawie § 1 ust. 2 rozporzàdzenia Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 16 listopada 2007 r. w sprawie szczegó∏owego zakresu dzia∏ania Ministra Gospodarki (Dz. U. Nr 216, poz. 1593). 2) „List´ importowà” — okreÊlajàcà uzbrojenie obj´te procedurà przywozu, która stanowi za∏àcznik nr 2 do rozporzàdzenia. §
3. Rozporzàdzenie wchodzi w ˝ycie po up∏ywie 14 dni od dnia og∏oszenia. Minister Gospodarki: W.
