U. z 2005 r. Nr 8, poz. 60, z póên. zm.2)) zarzàdza si´, co nast´puje: §

1. W rozporzàdzeniu Ministra Finansów z dnia 24 grudnia 2007 r. w sprawie struktury logicznej deklaracji i podaƒ, sposobu ich przesy∏ania oraz rodzajów podpisu elektronicznego, którymi powinny byç opatrzone (Dz. U. Nr 246, poz. 1820) wprowadza si´ nast´pujàce zmiany: 1) w § 7 dodaje si´ pkt 33—44 w brzmieniu: „33) informacji o umowach zawartych z nierezydentami (ORD-U) — okreÊla za∏àcznik nr 36 do rozporzàdzenia; ——————— 1) Minister Finansów kieruje dzia∏em administracji rzàdowej — finanse publiczne, na podstawie § 1 ust. 2 pkt 2 rozporzàdzenia Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 16 listopada 2007 r. w sprawie szczegó∏owego zakresu dzia∏ania Ministra Finansów (Dz. U. Nr 216, poz. 1592). 2) Zmiany tekstu jednolitego wymienionej ustawy zosta∏y og∏oszone w Dz. U. z 2005 r. Nr 85, poz. 727, Nr 86, poz. 732 i Nr 143, poz. 1199, z 2006 r. Nr 66, poz. 470, Nr 104, poz. 708, Nr 143, poz. 1031, Nr 217, poz. 1590 i Nr 225, poz. 1635 oraz z 2007 r. Nr 112, poz. 769, Nr 120, poz. 818, Nr 192, poz. 1378 i Nr 225, poz.
2. 34) zeznania o wysokoÊci osiàgni´tego dochodu (poniesionej straty) w roku podatkowym (PIT-37) — okreÊla za∏àcznik nr 37 do rozporzàdzenia; 35) zeznania o wysokoÊci osiàgni´tego dochodu (poniesionej straty) w roku podatkowym (PIT-36) — okreÊla za∏àcznik nr 38 do rozporzàdzenia; 36) zeznania o wysokoÊci osiàgni´tego dochodu (poniesionej straty) w roku podatkowym (PIT-38) — okreÊla za∏àcznik nr 39 do rozporzàdzenia; 37) zeznania o wysokoÊci osiàgni´tego dochodu (poniesionej straty) w roku podatkowym (PIT-36L) — okreÊla za∏àcznik nr 40 do rozporzàdzenia; 38) informacji o odliczeniach od dochodu (przychodu) i od podatku w roku podatkowym (PIT/O) — okreÊla za∏àcznik nr 41 do rozporzàdzenia; 39) informacji o odliczeniu wydatków mieszkaniowych w roku podatkowym (PIT/D) — okreÊla za∏àcznik nr 42 do rozporzàdzenia; Dziennik Ustaw Nr 55 — 2962 — Poz. 336 40) oÊwiadczenia o wysokoÊci wydatków zwiàzanych z inwestycjà s∏u˝àcà zaspokojeniu potrzeb mieszkaniowych (PIT-2K) — okreÊla za∏àcznik nr 43 do rozporzàdzenia; 5) dodaje si´ za∏àczniki nr 36—47 do rozporzàdzenia, w brzmieniu okreÊlonym w za∏àcznikach nr 4—15 do niniejszego rozporzàdzenia. 41) informacji o dochodach ma∏oletnich dzieci, podlegajàcych ∏àcznemu opodatkowaniu z dochodami rodziców w roku podatkowym (PIT/M) — okreÊla za∏àcznik nr 44 do rozporzàdzenia; §
4. Struktur´ logicznà zeznania o wysokoÊci osiàgni´tego dochodu (poniesionej straty) w roku podatkowym (PIT-37), dotyczàcego uzyskanych dochodów lub poniesionych strat od dnia 1 stycznia 2007 r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2007 r. okreÊla za∏àcznik nr 16 do niniejszego rozporzàdzenia. 42) informacji o wysokoÊci dochodu (straty) z pozarolniczej dzia∏alnoÊci gospodarczej w roku podatkowym (PIT/B) — okreÊla za∏àcznik nr 45 do rozporzàdzenia; 43) informacji o wysokoÊci dochodu (straty) z pozarolniczej dzia∏alnoÊci gospodarczej, prowadzonej przez podatników korzystajàcych ze zwolnienia na podstawie art. 44 ust. 7a ustawy, osiàgni´tego (poniesionej) w roku podatkowym (PIT/Z) — okreÊla za∏àcznik nr 46 do rozporzàdzenia; 44) informacji o wysokoÊci dochodów z zagranicy i zap∏aconym podatku w roku podatkowym (PIT/ZG) — okreÊla za∏àcznik nr 47 do rozporzàdzenia.”; 2) za∏àcznik nr 1 do rozporzàdzenia otrzymuje brzmienie okreÊlone w za∏àczniku nr 1 do niniejszego rozporzàdzenia; 3) za∏àcznik nr 29 do rozporzàdzenia otrzymuje brzmienie okreÊlone w za∏àczniku nr 2 do niniejszego rozporzàdzenia; 4) za∏àcznik nr 34 do rozporzàdzenia otrzymuje brzmienie okreÊlone w za∏àczniku nr 3 do niniejszego rozporzàdzenia;
5. Struktur´ logicznà zeznania o wysokoÊci osiàgni´tego dochodu (poniesionej straty) w roku podatkowym (PIT-36), dotyczàcego uzyskanych dochodów lub poniesionych strat od dnia 1 stycznia 2007 r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2007 r. okreÊla za∏àcznik nr 17 do niniejszego rozporzàdzenia. §
7. Struktury logiczne okreÊlone w za∏àcznikach nr 37 i 38 do rozporzàdzenia, o którym mowa w § 1 w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporzàdzeniem, stosuje si´ do uzyskanych dochodów lub poniesionych strat od dnia 1 stycznia 2008 r.
8. Struktury logiczne okreÊlone w za∏àcznikach nr 39—47 do rozporzàdzenia, o którym mowa w § 1 w brzmieniu nadanym niniejszym rozporzàdzeniem, stosuje si´ do uzyskanych dochodów lub poniesionych strat od dnia 1 stycznia 2007 r. §
9. Rozporzàdzenie wchodzi w ˝ycie z dniem og∏oszenia. Minister Finansów: w z. E.
