Dziennik Ustaw Nr 64 — 3501 — Poz. 399 399 ROZPORZÑDZENIE RADY MINISTRÓW z dnia 1 kwietnia 2008 r. w sprawie wprowadzenia na 2008 rok programów zwalczania i kontroli gruêlicy byd∏a, enzootycznej bia∏aczki byd∏a, zaka˝eƒ wirusami wysoce zjadliwej grypy ptaków u drobiu i ptaków dzikich oraz zwalczania gàbczastej encefalopatii byd∏a i wÊcieklizny Na podstawie art. 57 ust. 7 ustawy z dnia 11 marca 2004 r. o ochronie zdrowia zwierzàt oraz zwalczaniu chorób zakaênych zwierzàt (Dz. U. Nr 69, poz. 625, z póên. zm.1)) zarzàdza si´, co nast´puje: § 1. Wprowadza si´ w 2008 r. na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej program: 1) zwalczania i kontroli:

1. c)zaka˝eƒ wirusami wysoce zjadliwej grypy ptaków u drobiu i ptaków dzikich, który jest okreÊlony w za∏àczniku nr 3 do rozporzàdzenia; 2) zwalczania:
2. a)gàbczastej encefalopatii byd∏a (Bovine spongiform encephalopathy — BSE), który jest okreÊlony w za∏àczniku nr 4 do rozporzàdzenia,
3. a)gruêlicy byd∏a (Bovine tuberculosis), który jest okreÊlony w za∏àczniku nr 1 do rozporzàdzenia,
4. b)wÊcieklizny (Rabies), który jest okreÊlony w za∏àczniku nr 5 do rozporzàdzenia.
5. b)enzootycznej bia∏aczki byd∏a (Enzootic bovine leucosis — EBL), który jest okreÊlony w za∏àczniku nr 2 do rozporzàdzenia, ——————— § 2. Rozporzàdzenie wchodzi w ˝ycie z dniem og∏oszenia. 1) Zmiany wymienionej ustawy zosta∏y og∏oszone w Dz. U. z 2005 r. Nr 23, poz. 188 i Nr 33, poz. 289, z 2006 r.
