Dziennik Ustaw Nr 99 — 5414 — Poz. 642 642 ROZPORZÑDZENIE PREZESA RADY MINISTRÓW z dnia 28 maja 2008 r. w sprawie gmin i miejscowoÊci, w których stosuje si´ szczególne zasady odbudowy, remontów i rozbiórek obiektów budowlanych zniszczonych lub uszkodzonych w wyniku dzia∏ania ˝ywio∏u Na podstawie art. 2 ustawy z dnia 11 sierpnia 2001 r. o szczególnych zasadach odbudowy, remontów i rozbiórek obiektów budowlanych zniszczonych lub uszkodzonych w wyniku dzia∏ania ˝ywio∏u (Dz. U. Nr 84, poz. 906) zarzàdza si´, co nast´puje: §

2. Rozporzàdzenie okreÊla gminy lub miejscowoÊci, w których stosuje si´ szczególne zasady odbudowy, remontów i rozbiórek obiektów budowlanych zniszczonych lub uszkodzonych w wyniku dzia∏ania ˝ywio∏u.
3. Wykaz gmin i miejscowoÊci, o których mowa w ust. 1, okreÊla za∏àcznik nr 1 do rozporzàdzenia.
4. Wykaz gmin i miejscowoÊci województwa Êlàskiego, które zosta∏y poszkodowane w dniu 20 lipca 2007 r. w wyniku tràby powietrznej i gradobicia, okreÊla za∏àcznik nr 2 do rozporzàdzenia. §
6. Przepisy rozporzàdzenia w zakresie, o którym mowa w § 1 ust. 2, stosuje si´ przez okres 12 miesi´cy od dnia jego wejÊcia w ˝ycie.
7. Przepisy rozporzàdzenia w zakresie, o którym mowa w § 1 ust. 3, stosuje si´ do dnia 26 lipca 2008 r. §
8. Traci moc rozporzàdzenie Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 17 listopada 2006 r. w sprawie gmin i miejscowoÊci, w których stosuje si´ szczególne zasady odbudowy, remontów i rozbiórek obiektów budowlanych zniszczonych lub uszkodzonych w wyniku dzia∏ania ˝ywio∏u (Dz. U. Nr 209, poz. 1544 oraz z 2007 r. Nr 134, poz. 940). §
