U. z 2004 r. Nr 256, poz. 2572, z póên. zm.2)) zarzàdza si´, co nast´puje: § 1.

  1. OkreÊla si´ podstawy programowe kszta∏cenia w nast´pujàcych zawodach obj´tych klasyfikacjà zawodów szkolnictwa zawodowego, stanowiàcà za∏àcznik do rozporzàdzenia Ministra Edukacji Narodowej z dnia 26 czerwca 2007 r. w sprawie klasyfikacji zawodów szkolnictwa zawodowego (Dz. U. Nr 124, poz. 860 oraz z 2008 r. Nr 144, poz. 903): 1) garbarz skór — symbol cyfrowy 744[03]; ——————— 1) Minister Edukacji Narodowej kieruje dzia∏em administracji rzàdowej — oÊwiata i wychowanie, na podstawie § 1 ust. 2 rozporzàdzenia Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 16 listopada 2007 r. w sprawie szczegó∏owego zakresu dzia∏ania Ministra Edukacji Narodowej (Dz. U. Nr 216, poz. 1591). 2) Zmiany tekstu jednolitego wymienionej ustawy zosta∏y og∏oszone w Dz. U. z 2004 r. Nr 273, poz. 2703 i Nr 281, poz. 2781, z 2005 r.   3. Podstawy programowe, o których mowa w ust. 1, stanowià za∏àczniki nr 1—10 do rozporzàdzenia. §
