nych ograniczeń w międzynarodowym przemieszczaniu broni strzeleckiej w zakresie zgodnej z prawem działalności rekreacyjnej i sportowej, w przypadku gdy nie ma przeniesienia własności tej broni; I deklaruje, że w jego rozumieniu wszystkie zobowiązania w Traktacie dotyczące tranzytu lub przeładunku broni lub elementów objętych zakresem Traktatu powinny być
