Ratificirata se Protokol o spremembi odstavka a) 50. člena Konvencije o mednarodnem civilnem letalstvu, sestavljen v Montrealu 6. oktobra 2016, in Protokol o spremembi 56. člena Konvencije o mednarodnem civilnem letalstvu, sestavljen v Montrealu 6. oktobra 2016.

PROTOCOL RELATING TO AN AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE 50(a) OF THE CONVENTION ON INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION Signed at Montréal on 6 October 2016 THE ASSEMBLY OF THE INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION ORGANIZATION HAVING MET in its Thirty-ninth Session at Montréal on 1 October 2016, HAVING NOTED that it is the desire of a large number of Contracting States to enlarge the membership of the Council in order to ensure better balance by means of an increased representation of Contracting States, HAVING CONSIDERED it appropriate to increase the membership of that body from thirty-six to forty, HAVING CONSIDERED it necessary to amend, for the purpose aforesaid, the Convention on International Civil Aviation done at Chicago on the seventh day of December 1944, 1. APPROVES, in accordance with the provisions of Article 94(a) of the Convention aforesaid, the following proposed amendment to the said Convention: “In Article 50(a) of the Convention the second sentence shall be amended by replacing ‘thirty-six’ by ‘forty’.”;
CONSEQUENTLY, pursuant to the aforesaid action of the Assembly, This Protocol has been drawn up by the Secretary General of the Organization.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the President and the Secretary General of the aforesaid Thirty-ninth Session of the Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization, being authorized thereto by the Assembly, sign this Protocol.
DONE at Montréal on the sixth day of October of the year two thousand and sixteen, in a single document in the English, Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish languages, each text being equally authentic. This Protocol shall remain deposited in the archives of the International Civil Aviation Organization, and certified copies thereof shall be transmitted by the Secretary General of the Organization to all Contracting States to the Convention on International Civil Aviation done at Chicago on the seventh day of December 1944.

ČLENA KONVENCIJE O MEDNARODNEM CIVILNEM LETALSTVU podpisan v Montrealu 6. oktobra 2016 SKUPŠČINA MEDNARODNE ORGANIZACIJE CIVILNEGA LETALSTVA SE JE SESTALA v Montrealu 1. oktobra 2016 na devetintridesetem zasedanju, PO SEZNANITVI, da število držav pogodbenic želi povečati članstvo Sveta, da bi s povečanim zastopanjem držav pogodbenic zagotovile večjo uravnoteženost;
OB UPOŠTEVANJU, da je primerno povečati članstvo tega telesa s šestintrideset na štirideset;
OB UPOŠTEVANJU, da je za prej navedeni namen treba spremeniti Konvencijo o mednarodnem civilnem letalstvu, ki je bila sestavljena v Čikagu sedmega decembra 1944;
ZATO je v skladu s prej omenjeno odločitvijo skupščine ta protokol sestavila generalna sekretarka organizacije.
V POTRDITEV TEGA predsednik in generalna sekretarka devetintridesetega zasedanja Skupščine Mednarodne organizacije civilnega letalstva, ki ju je za to pooblastila skupščina, podpišeta ta protokol.
SESTAVLJENO v Montrealu šestega oktobra dva tisoč šestnajst v enem dokumentu v angleškem, arabskem, francoskem, kitajskem, ruskem in španskem jeziku, pri čemer so vsa besedila enako verodostojna. Ta protokol se deponira v arhivu Mednarodne organizacije civilnega letalstva in generalna sekretarka organizacije pošlje njegove overjene izvode vsem državam pogodbenicam Konvencije o mednarodnem civilnem letalstvu, sestavljene v Čikagu sedmega decembra 1944.

Za izvajanje protokolov skrbi ministrstvo, pristojno za promet.
4. člen
Ta zakon začne veljati petnajsti dan po objavi v Uradnem listu Republike Slovenije – Mednarodne pogodbe.
