QUESTION TO THE PARTIES Has there been a violation of the applicant’s right to respect for his private life, contrary to Article 8 of the Convention, on account of the fine imposed on him, as a police officer, for growing a beard (see, mutatis mutandis, Biržietis v. Lithuania, no. 49304/09, 14 June 2016)?
