Did the proceedings in which the applicant’s detention on remand was ordered on 24 May 2021 offer the minimum procedural guarantees implied in Article 5 § 3 of the Convention (see Lebedev v. Russia, no. 4493/04, §§ 76‑77, 25 October 2007, and the cases cited therein)? In particular, was the assistance of a lawyer during the hearing of 24 May 2021 required in the circumstances of the applicant’s case (ibid., §§ 84-91)?
