The proceedings started on 11 October 2018 and came to an end by a final appeal judgment of 3 February 2025, notified to his lawyer on 13 March 2025, which rejected his claims. The applicant complains about the length of the proceedings which lasted six years and five months over two levels of jurisdiction. QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES 1.  Has the applicant exhausted domestic remedies concerning his length of proceedings complaint given the enactment of Law no. 60 of 2025?   2.  Was the length of the civil proceedings in the present case in breach of the “reasonable time” requirement of Article 6 § 1 of the Convention?
