SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The application concerns the length of civil proceedings, for damage in relation to a wrongful conviction, which started on 5 November 2012 and came to an end by a judgment of the third instance judge notified to the applicant on 25 April 2024.
The applicant complains under Article 6 about the length of the proceedings.
QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES
1.  Has the applicant exhausted domestic remedies concerning his length of proceedings complaint given the enactment of Law no. 60 of 2025?
 
2.  Was the length of the civil proceedings in the present case in breach of the “reasonable time” requirement of Article 6 § 1 of the Convention?
