SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The application concerns an allegedly disproportionate and lengthy restriction on the applicant’s freedom of movement in the context of criminal proceedings against him. It raises issue under Article 2 of Protocol No. 4 to the Convention.
QUESTION TO THE PARTIES
Has there been a violation of the applicant’s right to liberty of movement, contrary to Article 2 of Protocol No. 4?
 
The Government are requested to submit procedural documents concerning criminal proceedings No. 54-2540 against the applicant, in particular decisions of the investigator on the imposition on the applicant of the obligation not to abscond.
