(1)For the purposes of article 5 of the Developed Land (Valuation) Ordinance, the form shall be as prescribed in the First Schedule to this Order. Forms. Cap. 110.
(2)For the purposes of article 8 of the Developed Land (Valuation) Ordinance, the form shall be as prescribed in the Second Schedule to this Order.
