These rules apply to the paid plans of the Europaius service operated by Eucalypt 4 s.r.o. (company No. 22103741).
Send complaints (service malfunction, incorrect billing, failed payment) to lukas@dokladbot.cz with a description of the problem and your account e-mail. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and settle the complaint no later than 30 days.
Incorrect or duplicate payments are refunded within 14 days to the account or card used. If a paid service is continuously unavailable for more than 24 hours, you are entitled to a proportionate extension of the subscription or a refund of the proportionate part of the price. A consumer's 14-day withdrawal is handled under the Terms.
If you are not satisfied with the handling of a complaint, you may turn to the competent alternative dispute resolution body for consumers in your country, or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.
