Europaius makes available texts of legislation and court decisions from public sources together with machine-generated summaries and document-analysis tools. The service provides indicative legal information, not legal services or legal advice, and does not replace consultation with a qualified lawyer.
Browsing the corpus is free. Paid plans unlock extended features as described in the price list; prices are stated including VAT. Subscriptions are concluded for one month and renew automatically. Payments are handled by an external payment gateway; the provider has no access to your card details. A subscription can be cancelled at any time by e-mail at lukas@dokladbot.cz; cancellation stops renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period.
Under EU consumer-protection law a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, by e-mail at lukas@dokladbot.cz. Where, at the consumer's express request, the digital service was supplied during that period, the provider is entitled to a proportionate part of the price. Payments are refunded within 14 days to the account they were made from.
The contract is governed by the law of the Czech Republic (the provider's seat), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence. Consumer disputes may be settled out of court through the competent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in your country or via the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. The provider may amend these terms and will announce changes by e-mail at least 14 days in advance.
