- b)place of his/her residence one year ago; 3. In respect of women (
- a)date of birth of first-born child, if applicable. 4. In respect of every person (
- a)whether any health condition and/or long-term illness exist/s; (
- b)whether any long-term disability exists. 5. In respect of persons aged 16 years and over (
- a)whether single, married, separated, divorced (not remarried) or had an annulled marriage or widowed (not remarried) or remarried; (
- b)date of first marriage, if applicable. 6. In respect of persons aged 15 years and over (

- a)type of dwelling; (
- b)the number of households accommodated in the dwelling, total number of persons residing therein, and total number of rooms in the dwelling. 10. In respect of each household in the dwelling, stating (
- a)the number of persons forming the household; (
- b)the number and classification of rooms; (
- c)whether any member of the household rents, or owns the dwelling where the household lives, and the amount of rent paid or emphyteusis; (
- d)if one is renting or on emphyteusis, when was the contract signed or reached; (
- e)number of dwellings in building blocks if one is residing in a building block; (
- f)what kind of facilities are available; (
- g)whether there is a kitchen and/or a kitchenette; (
- h)whether there is a garage used for the household and not for business purposes, the number of garages, the number owned and leased; (
- i)the amount paid for each garage rent; (
- j)what toilets facilities are available; (
- k)what type of water supply is available in the dwelling; (
- l)what type of bathing facilities are available; (
- m)period of construction of dwelling; (
- n)the condition of the dwelling; (
- o)whether any member of the household makes use of, or rents, or owns a holiday dwelling; (
- p)the type, the period when built, the locality, the number of rooms, whether any rent or emphyteusis is payable; and (
- q)the condition of the holiday dwelling. CENSUS [ S.L.118.01 7 11. In respect of every vacant housing accommodation, such details as occurring in paragraphs 8 and 9 of this Schedule shall apply mutatis mutandis.
