  1. The title of this Order is Transfer of Rights and Liabilities of the Commissioner of Land Order. Title.
  2. The land described in the Schedules to this Order is hereby specified for the purpose of article 2 of the Commissioner of Land Ordinance. Specified land. Cap.
  4. The rights and liabilities in respect of the land specified in the First Schedule shall, with effect from the dates specified in the said Schedule, be exercised by Malta Industrial Parks Limited (C 28965) as provided in the said article. Appointed day.
  5. The rights and liabilities in respect of the areas of land referred to in the Second Schedule shall, with effect from the date specified in the said Schedule, be transferred back to the Commissioner of Land.
