2. The title of this Order is the Application of Part III of the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act (Regional Marine Pollution Emergency Response Centre for the Mediterranean Sea REMPEC) Order.
3. The persons specified in the First Schedule are high officers of the Regional Marine Pollution Emergency Response Centre for the Mediterranean Sea (REMPEC) in Malta.
4. The high officers shall enjoy the immunities and privileges set out in Part II and Part IV of the Second Schedule to the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act during their term of office with the Regional Marine Pollution Emergency Response Centre for the Mediterranean Sea (REMPEC) in Malta.
5. The wife or husband and children under the age of twentyone of high officers specified in the First Schedule shall enjoy the immunities and privileges set out in Part IV of the Second Schedule to the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act during the term of office of the high officer with the Regional Marine Pollution Emergency Response Centre for the Mediterranean Sea (REMPEC) in Malta.
6. The persons specified in the Second Schedule are officers a n d s e r v a n t s o f t h e R e g i o n a l M a r i n e P o l l u t i o n E m e rg en cy Response Centre for the Mediterranean Sea (REMPEC) in Malta.
7. The officers and servants shall enjoy the immunities and privileges set out in Part III of the Second Schedule to the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act during their term of office with the Regional Marine Pollution Emergency Response Centre for the Mediterranean Sea (REMPEC) in Malta.
