- The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purposes of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property.
- The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the day specified in the Schedule. Appointed day. SCHEDULE (Article 2) Description of the property referred to in article 2 and appointed day
- With effect from the 3rd January, 1991: Three flats situated at first, second and third floors accessible from internal doors marked 1, 2 and 3 respectively, forming part of a block of flats at Ta’ {nien tax-Xajba Government Housing Estate, limits of Mellie]a. The said block of flats, including staircase, stairs and roof, is accessible from a common entrance without an official number in a public street, and is bounded on the North, East and West by public roads, as edged and coloured red on L.D. 311/90 (Rural Tenement No. W.L. 288).
- With effect from the 11th January, 1991:
(1)A block of 24 flats and 16 garages known as Appartamenti Indipendenza, Ta\-|wejt Government Housing Estate, San {wann, as follows: The 24 flats are accessible from internal doors separately numbered 1 to 8 at three common entrances C, D and E respectively; The 16 garages are accessible from separate external doors unofficially numbered 1 to 16, garages 1 and 2 underlying the flats at Entrance A, garages 3 to 6 underlying the flats at Entrance B. garages 7 to 12 underlying the flats at Entrance C, and garages 13 to 16 underlying the Cap. 261. 2 [ S.L.261.14 HOUSING AUTHORITY (TRANSFER OF ASSETS)

(2)A block of 37 flats and 7 garages known as Appartamenti {ublew tal-Fidda 1964-1989, Ta\-|wejt Government Housing Estate, San {wann, as follows: The 37 flats are accessible from internal doors numbered 1 to 8 at common entrance A, internal doors separately numbered 1 to 10 at two common entrances B and C, and internal doors numbered 1 to 9 at common entrance D; The 7 garages are accessible from separate external doors unofficially numbered 1 to 7. The whole block is bounded on the North, South, East and West by public roads, and has been erected on Government property, acquired by a Parliamentary Resolution of the 4th July, 1983, as edged red on L.D. 320 A/90 and as enrolled in the records of Notary V. Miceli on the 8th January, 1991.
