- The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purposes of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property.

(1)A Block of ten flats and two showrooms known as Block 1 and forming part of "Pietà Apartments" at Marina Street, Pietà. The said showrooms at ground floor level are accessible from an independent external door without number in Marina Street and the said ten flats are each accessible from an external door numbered 1 to 10 accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing Block 1 in Marina Street. The said block is bounded on the North by Marina Street, on the South by Government property and on the West by property belonging to the Church, and is edged red on L.D. 271/92.
