  1. The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purposes of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property.
  2. The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the day specified in the Schedule. Appointed day. SCHEDULE (Article 2) Description of the property referred to in article 2 and appointed day

(1)An area of land forming part of the Swieqi Government Housing Estate, limits of St. Julians, having an area of approximately 1,644 square metres, bounded on the North by Triq il-Wasliet, on the South-East by Triq is-Sidra and on the East by Triq il-G]ajn, edged green on L.D. 80/84/5.
(2)An area of land forming part of Is-Sg]ajtar Government Housing Estate, limits of Naxxar, having an area of approximately 428 square metres, bounded on the North by Triq il-Qoton, on the South-East by Triq l-G]akkies, and on the North-West partly by Government property and partly by property of Joseph Grixti, edged green on L.D. 142/81/13. There also exists on the South-West a window easement at first floor of T.H. 68 in Triq l-G]akkies.
