  1. The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purposes of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property.
  2. The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the day specified in the Schedule. Appointed day. SCHEDULE (Article 2) Description of the property referred to in article 2 and appointed day
  3. With effect from the 16th January, 1996:
(1)An area of land forming part of the Bubaqra Government Housing Estate at Triq l-Imtali, limits of |urrieq, having an area of approximately 3,733 square metres, bounded on the North by Triq San Porfirju, on the South-East by Triq l-Arcipriet E. Mifsud and on the West by Triq l-Imtali, edged green on L.D. 109/95/ 1.

(3)Two blocks of 20 maisonettes and 20 garages in Triq il-Kosbor at Ta\-|onqor Housing Estate, Marsaskala, situated as follows: (
  1. a)One block consists of four maisonettes all accessible from a separate external door unofficially numbered 1 to 4 in a road without name. The same block also includes four garages (underlying in part the above maisonettes) all accessible from a separate external door unofficially numbered 1 to 4 in Triq il-Kosbor. (
