- The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purposes of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property.
- The property specified in article 2 shall be transferred and vest in the Housing Authority as provided in the article aforesaid with effect from the day specified in the Schedule. Appointed day. SCHEDULE (Article 2) Description of the property referred to in article 2 and appointed day

(1)A plot of land having aa area of approximately 3,483.9 square metres forming part of Tal-Fuklar Government Housing Estate, Attard, bounded on the North by Triq Santa Katerina, on the South-East by Triq l-Isptar, and on the South-West by Triq il-{amar, which is edged red on L.D. 86/85/5. (2)A plot of land having an area of approximately 176.48 square metres, known as Plot No. 67 in Triq il-Feni`i and forming part of the Government Housing Estate, limits of Qrendi, bounded on the North-East by Triq ilFenici, on the South-West by property of Carmel Sciberras, and on the North-West by property of Mario Sant, on which are built premises bearing number 67, Triq il-Feni`i, Qrendi and which is edged red and marked P. 67 on L.D. 92/83/10. This block of flats is shown edged green on P.D. 184/92/5, where garages 3 to 6 shown dotted red are not included in the transfer. (
