- The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property.

(1)A plot of land having an area of approximately 171.25 square meters forming part of Ta’ Erba’ Mwie\eb Government Housing Estate, limits of St. Paul’s Bay, bounded on the North-West by Triq I\-|ernieq, on the North-East by property of Paul Micallef, and on the South-West by property of Vincent Agius, on which are built premises bearing number 40, Triq I\-|ernieq, St. Paul’s Bay, which is indicated edged red and marked F. 40 on L.D. 84/87/3. (2)A plot of land having an area of approximately 3,481 square meters in Triq l-G]ajnbaqar corner with Triq ilLan[as and forming part of the Naxxar Government Housing Estate, in the limits of Naxxar, bounded on the North by Triq il-Lan[as, on the West by Triq il}aw], on the East by Triq l-G]ajnbaqar, and which is indicated edged red and marked A on P.D.
