- The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property.

(1)A plot of land having an area of approximately 133.5 square metres, known as Plot No. 47, and a site having an area of approximately 6 square metres, known as Site F, in and behind Triq Xandru D’Amato respectively, and forming part of the Nigret Government Housing Estate, limits of |urrieq, both being bounded on the North by Triq Xandru D’Amato, on the South by public passage, and on the East by property of Edward Farrugia, on which are built premises bearing number 47, known as “Devona”, Triq Xandru D’amato, |urrieq and which are edged red and marked P. 47 and Site F on L.D. 198/81/17. (2)The full ownership of a plot of land having an area of approximately 560 square metres known as Plots 138, 139 and 140 Tas-Salib, Triq Dun {or[ Fenech, Qormi. This land is bounded on the West by Triq Dun {or[ Fenech, on the South by Joint Office property, and on the East by properties of Nicolina Attard et, and which is edged in red on Plan no. 13205. (6)A block consisting of 12 maisonettes and 36 garages at Tas-Sag]jtar, limits of Naxxar. The said maisonettes are all accessible separately from an external door bearing numbers 1 to 12, situated in a public open space. Garages numbered 13 to 36 have a separate entrance from a common area, which area is accessible from Triq i`-~iek and underlie in part the mentioned maisonettes. The whole block is bounded on the North-West by Triq l-G\akkies, on the South-West by Triq il-Bra\il and on the South-East by Triq i`-~iek, and is shown edged red on P.D. 142/81/26. (HAM 4/ 97).
