- The property described in the Schedule is hereby specified for the purpose of article 12 of the Housing Authority Act. Specified property.

(1)Plots of land known as "A" having an area of approximately 480 square metres, "B" having an area of approximately 554 square metres, "C" having an area of approximately 1,422.50 square metres, "D" having an area of approximately 810 square metres and "E" having an area of approximately 660 square metres, situated at Tal-Wata Housing Estate, limits of Dingli, forming part of the Government Housing Estate at G]ar Bittija, bounded on all sides by property belonging to the Government or its successors in title, or more correct boundaries, registered in the Government Property Division’s records bearing Tenement Acquisition No. 15246 and which are edged in red and marked "A", "B", "C", "D" and "E" respectively on plan P.D. 2006_995.
